Seeking to understand
Our belief is that people make the best choices available to them with the
resources they have available at any time. How much does your team understand
about it’s own dynamics, the behaviour choices that are being made and
the skill and esteem levels of the members of the team? Team building and
motivation is a direct result of understanding all of this and more.
Our team audit works on three levels. Using an accessible and non threatening
profiling tool we help each member of your team understand how they work and
the behaviour they present to the team. We then work with your team in a group
coaching seminar to develop the skills of rapport and teamwork through being
able to understand how other team members work and communicate.
Our final module builds on this work to motivate and inspire your team to design their future vision. Our leadership development expertise and experience coupled with our sense of fun delivers practical yet motivational goals and objectives. That are understood and shared by the whole team.
