Caroline White
Caroline White is an outstanding and innovative leader with 14 years experience
as a Chief Executive. For the last 3 years she has specialised in providing
executive coaching and mentoring; top team development and leadership programmes;
and strategy development and implementation. She was a group Chairman for
the Academy for Chief Executives until April 2002.
Caroline was Chief Executive of ECHG. A national housing association until
December 1999. The organisation’s turnover increased from £15 million
to £60 million over 8 years with assets of £300 million and reserves
of £28million. Caroline was responsible for leading the organisation
through radical change to meet changing customer needs and the pressures from
the political and wider operating environment.
