Steve Songalia

Steve is a high impact speaker who is passionate about inspiring individuals, teams and enterprises to achieve their best. Steve left school at 16 to complete a four year apprenticeship for Lucas. He then joined IBM in 1982 to become a systems engineer. He was selected for a fast track promotion scheme culminating in his appointment as the youngest manager in IBM UK in 1985.

On August 14th 1990 Twin Systems Plc undertook their first job. Founded with Paul (Steve’s twin brother) and Phil Helsey. Twin Systems specialises in IT outsourcing for enterprises of all sizes and currently has a turnover in excess of £5 million. Paul, Phil and Steve also founded the leading IT asset management company in the UK as a joint venture with a leading commercial removal company. RELOCOM is now the recognised brand in IT relocation and undertakes projects on a yearly basis to a value in excess of £2 million.

Steve studied for an MBA with the Open University and was awarded his Masters Degree in 1997. Steve has studied NLP and believes it has massive untapped potential for achieving peak performance within our personal and professional worlds. Steve is a registered NLP Advanced Practitioner.
