Martin has over 20 years senior management experience across a broad range of industries in HR, sales, business development and more recently as Managing Director and Chief Executive.

His subsequent career was with Rank Xerox in HR and Sales Management, before being appointed HR Director for the £150ml Division of B.E.T. (now Rentokil Initial). Martin specialized in working on acquisitions, business integrations, organisation and management development in UK; Europe and USA for 5 years.

Martin strongly believes in the importance of people throughout the organisation having the responsibility to deliver the company vision and strategy. His breadth of knowledge and experience adds enormous depth to leadership development.

Martin has worked in Europe and has a good working knowledge of French.
