What is my investment?

This depends on the programme we design together. As a rule of thumb given the outcomes of traditional ineffective training programmes in any given area we will be twice as effective. We are also prepared to agree ROI measurements using any mutually agreed metric.

Our Exceed programme could be compared to a condensed MBA and as an example will deliver outstanding leadership skills to an executive team for less than the cost of three traditional MBA’s.

I have a particular change or issue I need support with can you help?

Our You programme of one to one coaching is designed to help you through specific issues or challenges in your career. This programme can be extended to whole teams with each member having their own coach.

What is your view on the effectiveness of Team building?

We believe that for team building to be successful it has to be all inclusive and non threatening to people who do not enjoy physical activity. This is often not the case with traditional gung ho outward bound courses.

Our Take Two media based team building programme uses all the skills of our delegates in an environment which is non threatening and where everyone can develop. Take Two is effective because there is room for growth and challenge with leadership coaching support throughout the programme.
